Shopping at nzoactive.com is safe. The nzoactive.com Safe Shopping Guarantee backs every credit card purchase you make at Nzoactive.com, and our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.
2. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 12 months of purchase. (Returns must be in original condition and in the state you received them and in the original box. Except for warranty items, apparel items must not have been worn.)
Complete the returns form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating purchaser's name, address and approximate date of purchase. Send returns to:

3. How long will it be before I receive my order?
Order confirmation emails sent before 2pm NZ time mean that order will ship the same day. Most orders will be delivered within 7 days, although a few rural areas may need an extra day or two.

At this time we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.
6. Where does Nzo ship to?
We ship anywhere in the world.
7. Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes, our delivery is done by mail.
8. What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
The cost of standard shipping is a flat fee of $US10 no matter where you live. Orders over $US200 go for free.
9. When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments.
10. Do you do back orders?
nzoactive.com does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be canceled unless a replacement item is requested.
11. Do you have a catalogue?
Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalogue. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalogue.
